Owner and lead team member of AEI, Dr. Stratman has been an educator for nearly forty years, with experience at every level of education from kindergarten to graduate school. He has worked with traditional/non-traditional, young/old, undergraduate/graduate, elementary/high school, minorities, international, and disabled students. Such breadth of experience has given him a unique perspective based on several significant factors that affect education.
Consequently, his thoughts on education content, structure, reform, assessment, availability, delivery methods, technology, instruction, materials, and purposes offer a visionary approach to education in toto.
His unswerving advocacy for rigorous, meaningful, real education has brought him to this point in his career that he feels it important to share his thoughts, expertise, and vision broadly across the country as a means to initiate or continue discussions about meaningful education reform.
With over 25 years in supervisory and administrative positions, Dr. Stratman has also developed significant philosophies regarding effective leadership, especially focusing on those qualities that make a person a truly effective leader to respect and emulate.
